Shipping Locations & Times

-We currently ship only within Australia.

-Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

-We cannot accept PO boxes or parcel lockers as the delivery destination.

-Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

-Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

-Free shipping on orders over $100.

-Standard shipping: $10

-Express shipping: $20

Order Tracking

-Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delays & Lost Packages

-Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen events.

-If your package is lost in transit, contact us at exoticaenterprises2023@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you with a refund or resend another item.

International Shipping

-We do not ship internationally at this stage.
