Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Exotica Enterprises. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your UV self-cleaning water bottle, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our customer support at exoticaenterprises2023@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defective product or our error).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days to your original payment method. Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. we do not accept exchanges. contact us at exoticaenterprises2023@gmail.com for further details.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your security alarm kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
